Working with a busy, young professional client doing his first major remodel, we set out to manage the design and construction process while efficiently keeping him involved in the ownership of major design decision. The condo unit required a revised floor plan layout and new finishes throughout. This extensive Kitchen, Living and Dining Room Remodel required removal of walls, and new ceiling and roof framing to provide one large open space. New energy efficient windows and a remote controlled venting skylight were installed to provide more natural light and improved airflow. An outdated and underpowered electrical system was replaced throughout the unit, including new accessible circuit panel, new recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, and decorative pendant lighting. New select rift & quartered white oak flooring, custom mahogany cabinets and Caesarstone countertops were installed to give the unit a sophisticated, modern appeal. High-end stainless steel appliance and integrated Miele dishwasher installed to bring the unit up to the standards of modern day living.
