We were brought in by the clients to assist with water intrusion issues at two exterior decks. In order to properly remedy the situation, the construction process involved removing many of the improperly installed water proofing conditions and finishes including the railing system. The clients took the opportunity to upgrade all finishes including the custom design and installation of a tempered glass and stainless steel guardrail system. The modern design of the guardrail system met the clients' desire for uninhibited views of the San Francisco hills and skyline.
